Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly help you return your new and unused item for a full refund or for a store credit. Most Items are returnable for a refund/store credit within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please keep in mind that all returns must be in their new and original condition with packaging, tags and protection intact.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us via email (support@SexyLingerie.us) or phone (770-580-3928) within 7 business days of your package delivery date.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Contact our Customer Service department to obtain your RMA number (Return Material Authorization Number). Write down your RMA number and return the material in its original package at the location provided by customer Services. Once we receive the product, a refund (or exchange) will be provided to the customer.  

Please note that shipping fee will be totally refunded in the cases of damaged package or damaged item. In other situations, the shipping fees and gift wrap fee are non refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Processing Time: All returns are processed within 3 business days upon arrival to our warehouse. Email notification will be sent once a refund has been issued.

Due to health regulations all sales are final on panties, teddies, hosiery, pasties, and wigs. Gifts are yours to keep: you are entitled to keep the free gifts from your original purchase. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.

Return to Sender Packages: Packages that are returned by the carrier due to being refused or undeliverable will be subject to a return shipping fee. Please keep in mind that return shipping fees vary depending on your location and the weight of the package.

Costumes, Costume Accessories, and Holiday items are returnable within 30 days from the date of delivery for store credit only.
