Shipping policy

All Packages are shipped via UPS, USPS, Fedex and their affiliates. Shipping and handling rates are based on the amount you order and the shipping priority that you select at the time of order: Please refer to detailed pricing tables below for more detail.

Discrete packaging 

Orders are shipped in anonymous sturdy boxes. Label on the box displays generic mention “Online Merchandise” along with shipping terms.

Your credit card statement will also read "Online Merchandise" along with the company name "C&P Tech, LLC" (C&P Tech LLC is the company owning the online boutique "SexyLingerie.us") 

Handling and Tracking:

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after you it is placed.  Shipments are processed on business days Monday - Friday.

All shipments will be assigned a tracking number. Once the tracking number is assigned, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Rates:

SexyLingerie.us offers FREE SHIPPING for any purchase over $49.00 within Continental USA. For orders below this $49.00 threshold, an Ultra Low Flat Rate of only $4.88 is applied to the order, to cover the warehouse costs.

Note on International Shipments
Customs forms will be filled with the description of “Online Merchandise” and the true value of the goods.
We cannot be held liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA.
All items sold on the site are legal in the USA, we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by Customs Agents in your country.
